This course pushes students to the highest levels and is designed to transition students from static live fire and basic movement to advanced defensive tactics using the modern rifle. Develop skills via dynamic, reality based life fire scenarios with personal attention from our seasoned instructors. Students should be able to demonstrate proficiency in weapon handling and practical marksmanship.
- Our Range is completely private and open, where students and instructors can utilize the facility with ability to move. It is not a lane in the public range, it is a private 100’ long tactical range with no lanes dividers
Prerequisite: Completion of Basic and/or Intermediate Defensive Practical Rifle is strongly recommended prior to registration. Students can test out of basic courses based on their ability to demonstrate proficient handling of the firearm.
Part 1 Course Outline:
- Using of the firearm to the best tactical advantage
- Close contact
- Use of cover and concealment
- Shooting around barricades
- Shooting on the move
